    The problem with chicken wings is not really what you put on them, its the wing themselves and they are so small. Why not try some chicken fingers baked with your choice of sauce or use some panko bread crumbs or cereal crumbs and seasoning. Much more filling:bigsmile:

    if you choose chicken fingers i add parcely time and a few other spices i think will go well into the bread crumbs but if you wanted to you sould probaly use the spices instead of crumbs if you wanted too but chicken wing sauce just put on some franks hot sauce dont think it has ant calories and its what real buffalo wings are made of trust me i live there
