I have just had a bit of an epiphany, people!
i realized that i have been complaining of my 'plateau' and cycling within the same three/four pounds for EVER. then i went back and realized that every sunday night/monday morning i am heavier. i realized that on the weekend i really relax my eating habits and do less exercise and probably sabotage my entire week.
so from now on i am taking it one weekend at a time!
anyone have any tips for surviving weekend horrors!!?

When you find out let me know. I am so much at fault for sabotaging my weekend eating. I really have to work at the food choices I have been making.0

The weekend especially Sunday is very bad for me. I do well all week and then on Sunday it like I lose my mind. Last Sunday i took in 1201 extra calories by eating junk. I think it is stress. I am an emotional eater. I need to find another way to handle my stress, exercise, sleep what ever. Good luck0

The only suggestion I can give you is try and keep busy over the weekend. Go out, don't stay home, do errands. BUT DO NOT GO TO THE MALL! The food there is so tempting!
I notice the more I stay home and bored, esp on the weekends, the more I eat.
Also, when you go out try and pack some snacks for yourself so you are not tempted pick up fast food. Also, think of the money you will be saving.
Keep in mind..... To burn off just one M&M, you need to walk the length of a football field....just think about that the next time you eat something"bad" it works for me. Isn't that crazy????
Hope this helps!!0 -
yes, i think it is also a lack of routine.
like, i tend to sleep in, wander round the shops, watch films, go out for drinks, etc.
never mind we shall soldier on!!!
thanks all xx0
