    Thanks everyone! I try to stay at or a little above 1200 calories/day, eat back most of my workout calories and do Zumba 3-4 times a week. I also started 30DS in January, gave up after day 8 out of boredom.I'm restarting it again this month, I plan on finishing it. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease last year and my thyroid is finally leveled after being out of whack for 7 years. Keep it up even if you have to modify some of the exercises, it's worth it! Even a 30 minute walk a day is going to help you move forward. We can do this! The people on MFP are sooo inspirational, when I feel like quitting I head to the success stories and become inspired again, oooor I look at my "fat" pics. It helps me refocus and realize where I DON'T want to be. Thanks for all of the compliments, you are all so sweet! :)

    Oh, one more thing. I try to keep my carbs around 100-130 per day.
