i was thinking of home-made guacamole with some gluten-free blue corn & sesame chips, but i made that for the last play-off game. i'm bored with my healthy snack ideas. anyone have some fresh ideas? (trying to be as cheap as possible, and i have no outdoor grill.)

WINGS! You can make them healthier by removing the skin off of the chicken. I like to grill them (you can broil or bake them too) until crisp and cooked through, then coat in buffalo wing sauce. I am a traditionalist, so I coat them in Frank's Red Hot that has been mixed with a little melted butter.

People get into calorie trouble with wings when they order them out (always fried), especially the wings that are breaded. That's fried chicken people, not buffalo wings!

Haha SAME here! I make queso with the velveeta and ro-tel, plus I add in chorizo....there is nothing healthy about any of it, but it's my cheat day and I'll go running earlier in the day to make up for it!

Hard and soft taco shells, may make a few taco bowls too

Toppings: cheese, salsa, lettuce, sour cream

Sides: crockpiot refried beans (not actually fried), mexican rice

appetizers: veggie tray with ranch/yogurt dip, rotel velveeta dip, homemade guacamole with blue corn tortilla chips
dessert: brownies, chocolate covered strawberries, peanut butter bars

Guests are bringing some of the appetizers/desserts so I'll eat light during the day and enjoy the party
