Gross things in the work bathroom

Okay, wondering what totally grosses you out about the work bathrooms (besides everything)? Are women's really worse than men's? What strange things have you encountered that still make you shudder?

Mine:
The person who should double-flush
The person who blatently doesn't wash their hands
The pee on the bottom edge of the seat (what gives!)
The gurgling drain that echoes whenever someone upstairs flushes
