I eat Fiber One bars.....

Eat 2 figs and drink a cup of coffee!
PS: if you eat Builderbars or any kind of protein bar that contain soy protein, this will happen!
Drinking 8-12 cups water helps too!0 -
If you add in anything to help it along don't use things like Metamucil....full of chemicals and your system can get dependent on it. Someone else suggested psyllium....this would be a great choice but as always....with fibre....you have to increase your water or it just plugs up even more.0

If I'm not going on my own, naturally - then I'm not eating enough or properly. So I know then that I need to up my veggies, fruits, whole grains, beans and water.0

look at the ingriedients in your shake..consider switching protein powders, they're not all the same

My cousin with similar problems told me that he found on http://constipationtreatments.info/ the help for his problems.I heard the tips from here are very goo to combat constipation problems.
