Im seeing alot about this 30 day shred thing, and all the success stories, but there all from women, havent heard any guys doing it. Is this something more catered to women, or can a man benefit from it to?

Guys can definetly do it, just use heavier weights.0

Sorry to barge in on your topic but I'm wondering how much floor space you need for this? I have limited floor space free maybe about the dimensions of a single bed, I'm hoping this would be about enough if I'm careful? Some DVDs need looooads of room I get more distracted trying not to punch my desk than actually doing the workout.0

My husband joined in one time....he didn't find it to be challenging enough for him. Truth be told, I don't think it is for me either. We're both pretty active, it's almost like it's just a "warm up" for me. When I finish I normally go running or spin. I'd see if you can get it from your library or borrow it before you buy it. I was disappoined (but feel like I'm the only one, everyone else seems to love it.) I use 5 or 8 lb weights.
As for floor space--you'd need enough space to do lunges, push ups, mountain climbers....0
