Yet another strength training question

So I just started strength training again... something I haven't really done in 8 years.... and I am striving to go for at least 3 days a week. (mwf).. But because I do it during my lunch hour at work (busy new mom syndrome) I can only get in about 30 minutes. Sometimes it doesn't feel like it's enough. Is it? Or can I essentially pick up where I left off later in the day for another 30 minutes at home?

  • Professional body builders can do their workouts in 30-45 minutes. Therefore so can you! As long as it is 30 minutes of working out, not 5 minutes, walk over sit on this machine, stretch a little, work out for five minutes then have to leave. You can see tremendous results with thirty minutes high intensity workouts with weight training. Check out some cross-fit workouts, most of them take 30 minutes anyways, if they go over just skip a set!
