"too much"?
I work out daily, I walk/jog about 2 miles, I just started 30DS, I do squats, lunges, sit ups, pushups, jumping jacks, all in addition. I keep hearing "You're working out too much" is there such a thing? I don't think ALL of that for one whole day is a lot.
Thoughts?

If you can do it everyday without injury and you're taking in the right calories.... I don't see why you shouldn't keep it up.0

Well if you have the energy to do it, maybe you should try to challenge yoursel further with using heavier weights etc. You might be able to workout everyday, but if you want to progress and up the weights youll get tired and exhausted and your body will scream for a rest day. Its totally up to you.0

No. And it's not up to anyone besides YOU to decide how much is too much.
I feel like anyone tell you that is too much, doesn't regularly exercise? That whole workout looks like it would take about an hour - 20-30 minutes for walking/jogging, 20 minutes for 30DS and what, 10-15 minutes of the other stuff? It's certainly not unheard-of!
However, I'd consider jogging every other day if you're interested in increasing your mileage.0 -

Exactly why I'm asking. It doesn't seem like even "a lot" but to be considered "too much"??0 -
"How much is too much" depends on volume, intensity and experience/training status. In general, if you are able to make progress on your current routine, there's no reason to change it.
However, at least one full day off per week is a good idea for long term health in your joints, tendons, etc.0 -
