Personal Trainers

I am thinking of hiring a personal trainer. I have not done this in many years (20+ ). Has anyone recently hired one? If so, how much do you pay per session? How many sessions do you get a month? What do they help you with? Exercises? Diet?
Thanks - any help would be appreciated.

I am a personal trainer (don't laugh- we all struggle). I would be glad to give you some advice on personal trainers. Most of my clients are seniors, so I specialize in those with a lot of special needs. Personal Trainers run the gaumet. It really depends on what you want out of a trainer. Think of them as a personal guide for you. They should provide you the information and guidance you want from them. Be sure to check out their credentials.
