So, I've been gone because I had the flu...but I am feeling much better...although, I have my monthly visitor right now and a major headache and my house is a mess...but I worked out today and had a great time. Also, I haven't gained any weight...down 19 lbs! Thanks for letting me share...I'm back on the wagon!
