AQX aquatic trainers for post back-op running

Anyone used AQX aquatic trainers - I got a pair today, they have fins on the them to give you resistance when you run in water. They should help me to get back running after my back ops. I cannot wait to use them tomorrow - how many lengths for a marathon?!!!
