I just started using this at the gym this week. I love it! What success has everyone else had with it???

I have one at home, and it motivated me to do cardio - even if I was injured - also was great to use when the weather was bad (no excuses).
Part of my weigh loss and getting fit is definitely due to the ARC!! Both in terms in staying motivated and burning cals! Love it!0 -
I use it at the gym to get my blood pumping 5 mins before and 3 mins after my treadmill cardio. I'd love to do the Arc Trainer the whole 30 mins, but I think i'd die. I'm hoping the 5 and 3 mins will slowly get longer until I can do 30 mins on it alone. I think it's a great machine and gives a great workout to the legs and butt for sure!0

I used to have a membership at the gym and they didn't have a stair climber (my torture device of choice) but they did have an arc trainer. Awesome! It gets your heart rate up in a hurry! I loved it!0

I love putting it on a high level around 40 so I can really feel the burn.0

Damn! We don't have one of those at my gym. Sounds like a great workout.0
