The Second Week Curse

So I joined last week and lost 4 lbs. in my first week. I haven't lost anything this week. I've been doing my exercise and keeping my calorie count at the minimum (eating back some, not all of my exercise calories). Tell me the weight will start coming off again next week....I'll even take .5 lb loss. I really need to see some change in numbers to keep me motivated. Anyone with experience with this have any advise?

    If you're burning more calories than you're taking in and not starving yourself, then you're pretty much guaranteed to lose the weight. There's no need to stress or over-think things just yet. Give it a month, and then tweak your plan if you're not losing anything.

    Try logging in your exercise at the end of the day, after you finished your food log. That means eating the amount of calories as though you have not exercised for that day.

    I find the "calories burned" during exercise data is way too high.
