Easy wing recipes for game day?

Does anyone have any easy & healthy recipes for chicken wings for game day? I've never cooked them but the boys would love me to make hot wings and sweat & sour wings!

Anyone have any advice?

    Yes! This one is sort of time consuming, but the steaming of the wings first gets the fat off and makes the wings extra crispy when baked in the oven. I made this last year and I just bought the chicken wings to make it again this year:

    Cook Time: 20

    INGREDIENTS:

    2 1/2 lbs. chicken wing pieces

    3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce

    DIRECTIONS:

    Bake wings in foil-lined pan at 500 °F on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 minutes until crispy, turning once.

    Toss wings in sauce to coat. Serve with blue cheese dressing if desired.

    INGREDIENTS:

    3/4 cup FRANK'S® RedHot® Sweet Chili Sauce

    DIRECTIONS:

    BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 500 °F on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.

    TOSS wings in sauce to coat.

    I boil them first 20-30 minutes, keeps them real juice then out Texas Peter sauce and bake for another 30.

    Spicy Honey Chicken Wings and Tenders

    Servings: 6 to 8 servings

    Cook Time: 20

    INGREDIENTS:

    3 lbs. chicken wing pieces

    1/2 cup honey

    1/3 cup any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

    1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon or Honey Mustard

    DIRECTIONS:

    Bake wings in foil-lined pan at 500°F on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.

    MIX honey, Frank's RedHot Sauce and mustard in bowl.

    TOSS wings in sauce to coat.
