The pounds are creeping back.,..

Hey everyone!
I have been researching different lifestyle methods and I was wondering: what works for you guys? I have been debating on what lifestyle I want to have--ever since I learned that I could be at risk for heart disease later in life, I want to be much healthier! Lately, I have noticed that the pounds have been creeping back to me--and it is not from weight lifting. I haven't been the best after the holidays and I want to start fresh with a new lifestle. So, I know there is the Primal, Paleo, Meditteranean, Vegan lifestyles and so many more. Which one have you all found to be the most effective for weight lifters and those who want to keep those pounds from coming back on?
