i have sorted out my depression the other day , and started back on the correct road

today i did 1 hour of body combat and 1 hour of body pump
rough total of 1000 caloires

set my limit to loose 2lbs per week ,
that works out to be 1200 calories a day
today i have eaten a lot 1497 , buit with the 1200 + 1000 (exersise)
it says i need to eat another 702 caloires
i am not even close to being hungery
will this do me any harm ?

well one day of doing anything isn't really going to do you any harm, but in the long run maybe you could plan for big work out days by eating more calories earlier in the day. I think 1200 sounds low for a man-- usually it's 1500 I think (sorry if that assumption is wrong, just going by the profile pic).

At the end of the day it's good that you're here. I am sorry about the depression problems you are having-- I hope things are looking up for you soon. :flowerforyou:
