Does that sound normal

Ok I started this on Jan 24th I weighed 193.4 and I weighed myself today and I am at 185. I work out everyday on cardio sometimes 2 times a day. And I do strength training on mon, wedns and frid. I keep myself at 1200 calories and I dont eat back what I gained back from exercising. I drink alot of water. So does this amount sound right or is it all water? I see a difference in my clothes but can you actually lose that much in 11 days?

    Yes. Especially at the beginning. It will probably slow down (the weight loss I mean) as you go, but at the beginning is when you lose the fastest. Great job!

    My guess is that it's water, but yeah it's possible, especially restricting so much.
