Do you guys think getting in the jacuzzi after exercise can help prevent/lower muscle pain? I have been using it after my cardio this week because my leg muscles are starting to hurt (in a good way i think) and sometimes it seems to help, then other times it doesnt ?

We have a hot tub that we bought last year-and it is one of the best purchases we have made. It helps with sore muscles and just great for the mind.. relaxation.. everything. And, not to be a bad influence....but add a glass of wine and voila.. All is good!0

I don't have a jacuzzi
But a hot soak in a bath with lots of Epsom salts really helpsEspecially after a heavy lower body day.
