Another newbie... :)

Hey there, I'm yet another newb. I was on a health kick in 2011 and lost 50lbs, but sadly I fell off the bandwagon over the holidays and gained 10lbs of that back. :( But I'm back on track, and I'm hoping that this site can help me stay on track! My original start weight back in 2011, I'm ashamed to say, was 310lbs. I got down to 259 before the holidays, but I am currently at 269. My goal is anywhere between 150 and 170. Diabetes runs in my family and back before I started dieting and exercising I was labeled as Pre-Diabetic, but I managed to control it and lower my blood sugars to a normal level through my diet. Thank goodness. I need to get back to being healthy not only for my sake, but also for my daughters sake... I want to be able to be there for her and be able to play with her and be the energetic Mommy that she deserves. :)
