Another newbie... :)

Hey there, I'm yet another newb. I was on a health kick in 2011 and lost 50lbs, but sadly I fell off the bandwagon over the holidays and gained 10lbs of that back. But I'm back on track, and I'm hoping that this site can help me stay on track! My original start weight back in 2011, I'm ashamed to say, was 310lbs. I got down to 259 before the holidays, but I am currently at 269. My goal is anywhere between 150 and 170. Diabetes runs in my family and back before I started dieting and exercising I was labeled as Pre-Diabetic, but I managed to control it and lower my blood sugars to a normal level through my diet. Thank goodness. I need to get back to being healthy not only for my sake, but also for my daughters sake... I want to be able to be there for her and be able to play with her and be the energetic Mommy that she deserves.
