Calories in steamed calrose rice?

Well I had 1 cup of steamed california calrose rice today. Well the bag says 1/4 cup =155 calories, so I was surprised that 1 cup would be over 600 calories. Then I realized the info on the bag was for uncooked which is alot more rice then I had. Anyways Ive tried to search on the net for the exact calories for this rice steamed and cant find it. I was able to locate another brand of calrose rice on this site and it says cooked 1 cup = 227 calories. Im thinking this is probably about what or close to what I had.

Does this sound correct ? Im trying very hard to put the correct calories. Thanks
