    3 weeks. I lost a lot in the first week, that was probably water though.

    I'm less than a month here myself and I have to say this is the best support I have had in a diet program. Just by making friends and looking at their daily food logs I have been able to get together some foods that are keeping me satisfied. Knowing exactly what is going into my body and when to slow down or stop as the day progresses has been the first real control I've had in years. I'm loving it :) Good luck to us all!

    I've had SO MANY requests! I feel terrible turning any down but I've had way more than anticipated. I feel really welcomed though, I think I'm going to like it here.
