Time for a change!

Hi everyone! So...I'm new to the site and have been struggling forever with weight loss. Now that I've graduated college and am attempting to get into graduate school, I do have a bunch of free time on my hands. One goal is to complete (since I've already committed to) the rock and roll half marathon when it tours in chicago. I've been referred to this site/app by a friend, so I'm open to hearing different strategies and tips on how to get fit.
