ARRGH! TYPOS! Obviously, it should be challenge, not challenege. :grumble:
I saw this on FB, and thought I'd pass it along. :happy:
OK Challengers here it is. Sunday Surprise!! Whoo hoo!! Today I really want you to push yourself. There are 3 parts to today's SS.
Part 1: 5km time trial. Use GPS, map my run, google maps or your car odometer to determine 5km. Beginners: Fast Walk/Jog, Intermediate: Jog/Run, Advanced: Flat Out. Time and record how long it takes you.
Part 2: Maximum Push Ups in 60 sec. Beginners: Knees. Intermediate: Start on toes then knees. Advanced: All on toes, go for it. Record #.
Part 3. Max Sit Ups in 1 min. Anchor feet, cross arms on chest, sit up and touch elbows to you thighs, arms MUST stay in contact with your chest. Record #.
Rip into it Challengers, Go for it, I expect you to bust yourself, time to take it up a notch. You can do it!
