Hi Im so excited Ive lost 8lbs in 4 weeks using My fitness Pal Im delighted bring on the next 22lbs Ive still to lose

    Did you do it just by watching what you eat or through exercise too?

  • Me too! What do u think makes the difference? For me it's including carbs and protein in each meal to avoid getting hungry. Also exercising 500 calories 6 days per week and only eating 1200. What about u?

    Hi Im eating 1200 calories a day. My exercise consists of walking 4 times a week and Ive been doing the Hannah Waterman DVD.
