    I definitely have the same problem. I had never gone over 135 in my life before 2009, so when I hit almost 200 it was a real shock. I motivate myself by imagining myself now how I want to look, but how I WILL look in the future whenever I'm working out and before bed. Visualizations make things happen, right?!
