lost 5 lbs in first week! :D

Hello all! I just wanted to share my happiness. :) I just started MFP (after one year of sedentary life and bad eating). I only have 15 lbs or so to get rid of. Im 5'8 and was 156 lbs last week. Today : 151 lbs. YAY!! :D

I set MFP to lose 1 lbs per week and I have been a good girl, counting my calories and eating the exact amount recommended. I did also 1 hour of mild strength training, 3 times a week. Other than that, I didnt do much sports, mostly due to lack of time...

So, according to MFP, I should have lost only 1 lbs this week. But I lost 5 lbs. :D And I dont think its water, since I drank more than I used to.

Others have had similar experiences ???
