exercise in the house how to calculate it ??

Hi I am going to start doing exercise in the house.
Thinking off doing squats,dumb bell lifting, sit ups. Cant think of anything else.
But I dont know how to log it.

Under DAILY, CARDIOVASCULAR,
search for CALISTHENICS
there are two choices - LIGHT/MODERATE and VIGOROUS.
I use VIGOROUS for Shaun T Insanity workout...otherwise I would use LIGHT/MODERATE0 -
