Lost the battle...WIN THE WAR! :D

Had an awful binge last night. Tons of pizza, and TONS of cake after a day of pushing my cals to the limit. I told myself no. I did it anyway. I caved in.
But you know what? Just because I've lost a battle, does NOT mean I've lost the war!! I WILL continue P90X, I WILL continue counting my calories, and as a punishment, I WILL NOT have ANY junk food for the rest of P90X! (12weeks to go!) I'm going to get the results I want and I'm not letting one bad day get in my way!!! Who's with me?! :D

    :happy: Great motivation!!! We all have days like that but we continue to stick it out.
  • Yeah:) for me, a big part of it is realizing I'm not perfect, but striving to make my bad days as less frequent as possible :) it's all about self control, and training myself to eat what I like if I'm craving it, but IN MODERATION. And if I can't stop? Get over it and get back on track the next day. :)
