Lost the battle...WIN THE WAR! :D

Had an awful binge last night. Tons of pizza, and TONS of cake after a day of pushing my cals to the limit. I told myself no. I did it anyway. I caved in.
But you know what? Just because I've lost a battle, does NOT mean I've lost the war!! I WILL continue P90X, I WILL continue counting my calories, and as a punishment, I WILL NOT have ANY junk food for the rest of P90X! (12weeks to go!) I'm going to get the results I want and I'm not letting one bad day get in my way!!! Who's with me?!

Yeah:) for me, a big part of it is realizing I'm not perfect, but striving to make my bad days as less frequent as possible it's all about self control, and training myself to eat what I like if I'm craving it, but IN MODERATION. And if I can't stop? Get over it and get back on track the next day.0
