Meal Planning Software?

I am trying to do more planning ahead this week. Does anyone know of good meal planning software. I'd love something that could calculate calories daily + weekly and also create shopping lists. Let me know.

    I previously used ediets to plan my meals then they started charging me and became less appealing. I'm a member on teambeachbody now they charge to but i think its less than ediets. they both calculate cals and give shopping lists as well here's the link to the teambeachbody one.
