This evening for dinner I was toying with the idea of chicken doner style kebab with homemade wedges.
I have some chicken thigh fillets and was thinking marinading it in a mixture of 0% fat greek yoghurt with lemon, paprika and oregano and then cooking it. How would you cook the chicken though and do you think it would taste ok?
I am trying to prove to my fiance that we can eat healthily AND enjoy the food too as he is unconvinced, lol

I make paneer tikka all the time. Chicken tikka, also called chicken kabob, is made the same way. Recipe -
