so i have 9 lbs to go to reach my goal weight. haven't lost in the past week. i'm getting that nervous feeling about trying to lose my last pounds. i do strength-training 6 days per week and cardio 5-6 days per week. should i increase cardio (only getting about 30 min per day) thanks for sharing tips :smile:

    yes try doing @ least 60 min of cardio n thn do strength training 4 days a week. m stuck on last 6 kg as well, wish me luck

    I am also on my last 9 pounds! Strangely I dropped 2.6 pounds this week. The only changes in what I was doing was I had an EASY week last week because I was sick with mostly just cardio. I was also feeling drained so I upped my calories from 1420 to 1500. Got back into my lifting and cardio schedule this week and was down the 2.6 pounds. I know that next week will likely not be this awesome, but it seems like the good week of rest and upping my calories had some influence!
