I started juicing again to up my greens intake. In order to log this into my diary, I simply added all of the whole foods that i put through my juicer. Is this a good way to do it? I feel like the values are probably wrong because I am only consuming the juice yields and not the pulp. Any insight or advice you can lend will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

When selecting foods if you put in juicer as well as the type of vegetable/fruit you are using you can get the approx. calories for the juice w/out the pulp and such. Remember that a lot of entries are member entered, so if you can't find what you need you could always use a calorie counting site to check the amount of calories and then add it into the database yourself.0
