I started juicing again to up my greens intake. In order to log this into my diary, I simply added all of the whole foods that i put through my juicer. Is this a good way to do it? I feel like the values are probably wrong because I am only consuming the juice yields and not the pulp. Any insight or advice you can lend will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  • When selecting foods if you put in juicer as well as the type of vegetable/fruit you are using you can get the approx. calories for the juice w/out the pulp and such. Remember that a lot of entries are member entered, so if you can't find what you need you could always use a calorie counting site to check the amount of calories and then add it into the database yourself.
