Just finished my first 5k!

I feel AMAZING! I havent trained for this.. but thought it was an awesome idea so went for it. It was hard.. lots of hills.. and lots of running/ walking. Finished with a 37:58 (great? NO.. but I ran my little heart out). I feel amazing now!

No idea how to add the few pics my husband took but they are on my profile :)

Thanks for reading - had to share the excitement!

    AWESOME!!! that's about what my first 5k time was 37something....it was harder than I expected too! congrats!
    keep your number and write your time and date on it!

    Congrats on your 5K! Those are fun and a good way to get into more road races. Maybe the challenge of a good 10K this coming summer? BOLDER BOULDER in CO, is a really fun way to knock down 6.4 miles. Nice work today!!
