I made chicken doner style kebabs and homemade wedges tonight and not only am I sitting here very full up (and feeling like I have had a takeaway) but I also have the smug glow which comes from knowing that I have saved myself about a zillion calories and grammes of fat

(I marinated the chicken in 0% fat greek yoghurt, paprika, oregano and a ton of garlic all day and then griddled it so no oil..simple, yes but my cooking abilities usually consist of taking something out of the freezer and putting it in the oven...)
