Some LINKS about McDonalds Chemical food

I am one that never eats at fast food places unless it's something like Quiznos or Subway. At the top of my avoid list is McDonalds! My reason is not because this food is high in calories, fats, carbs, etc. It is because it isn't food. It's chemical food. Or poison. I cut down substantially after seeing the movie 'Supersize Me', but I quit all together after reading more about it.
Don't get me wrong, there are times once and while when I feel like a nice burger. I suggest going to a burger place that you know they make them fresh. It will be a fattening burger, but at least it's actually real food.
Some people agree completely. And some of course disagree. And that's fine.
I'm not trying to start an argument or war on the subject, just sharing my views. I just wanted to share some articles I have read about fast food/McDonalds.
Maybe, just maybe, I've been fortunate enough to change even one persons mind about eating this stuff.
I also suggest seeing 'Super Size Me' for anyone who has not.
