    Hello my name is Lori I really could use some advice .I have the Fitbit also I wear mine daily I work allday desk job, I belong to the gym . Now here is my question. I do 15 minutes cardio(elliptical)then I do 45 minutes free weights, then 10 minutes walking on treadmill. I do log my free weights & my food ,do I still put in the cardio onMFP? Or does Fitbit figure it out when I sync. Does this make sense ,like I said I'm confussed . Thank you for your help.
