Hi everyone I joined a couple of weeks ago - sad I know but I don't have any real friends. I'm 28 and live in Cardiff, I've found here is a great support site but need more friends so I can help them and they can help me with support and advice. If we get on well and we're local then maybe we can meet up sometime for support with working out - even if it is just a walk. Anyway I don't bite and thought I'd say hi! So, HI!!! lol
