Hello everyone. :)

I used My Fitness Pal for a little while a couple years ago but ended up stopping. I'm back at it again! :) My goal is to lose 30 pounds. I would love to lose it by the end of the summer, but I'm patient and if it takes longer, it takes longer. I just want to lose weight the healthy way. :) I've been trying for the past month to lose weight and I lost 3 pounds in the first week and I haven't lost any since. :\ I think maybe I was either eating too much or not eating enough. I think that counting calories will help me lose the weight.
