Giving Away Clothes?

Two part question:

Is it allowed on MFP to give clothes to other members (meaning addresses would be shared)?

Is there a process in place for this?

I have a lot of clothes I have never worn, because my mother, bless her heart, doesn't buy my size correctly. I will keep the smaller ones for when I lose weight, but I have clothes that are too large for me (3XL)

    There isn't an official process in place, but if you want to give your clothes to someone, it's fine. Mayor_McPanda started a clothing/gear swap thread, once, but it died a horrible death.

    I think it's a lovely idea.

    I've given mine to charity shops - I find it easier. :smile:

    Maybe since they started the "groups" function you could start a group....that might help.

    I think it is a great idea. I agree with the previous posters. Maybe try starting a thread or a group for a clothing exchange. Best of luck to you. =)
