This is such a yummy recipe!!! best part of it is that they are healthy too! You can subsitute sugar with Stevia and the canola oil with Applesauce! I personally love using applesauce instead of the canola oil and keeping the regular sugar. Yes using Stevia would lessen the calories but I dont believe in cutting out every "bad" thing.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Cookies

Makes 16 cookies

Ingredients:

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup canola oil
1 ripe banana
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350*F
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray
Use a tablespoon to portion cookies onto baking sheet
Baked for 15-20 minutes until cookies start to brown
Allow to cool and enjoy!
