Low-Carb Diet

On low-carb your first 2 weeks all you can eat pretty much is protein and salads and some veggies. I started this 2 weeks ago and have had a little bit of success with it. I never realized how many cravings I had! I guess once you are told you absolutely can't have certain things you really crave them, at least that's how it's been for me :wink: . I have never been big on fast food, junk food and soda, but once I knew i couldn't have them I really started craving ice cream and chips. I can't wait till i can get my hands on some salt and vinegar chips! I just hope I can stay motivated and really push my exercise again since I've been lacking. Happy losing! :happy:
