HRM question.

Has anyone used their HRM calorie chronometer all day to simply see how many calories they expend just going about a normal day sans exercise? I'm truly curious how much I "burn" during a day at work [I'm not sedentary.] I don't think the information would change how I see my calorie goal for the day, but it would be interesting to have a better idea of a normal day calorie burn for me. Just curious.

Won't work. Calorie calc's on HRM's are only valid in range of about 90-150 bpm.
very inaccurate calorie count outside that range, especially on the low end.

You really need something like the fitbit to get those counts accurately0
