What to expect - Calories and Losses

Hi all,
Started 30 DS last night.
I've taken measurements and pics -which are still really scary. I am hoping to see improvements - but realise 30 days is not going to cut it.

What should I be consuming now and what can I expect in losses ? I realise I'll change shape rather than lose weight but still need to lose body fat.

My current weight is 181 and I'm 5'3" oh.. and 40 years old, as some sites as for that.
MFP has my calories at 1480 or 1200 if I strip it back as low as they'll go. Another site has it at 1130 so it's very confusing. I want to lose as much fat as I can while gaining muscle but I am confused as some people say you can't do both at the same time.

    Log it as circuit training and eat back those calories on top of your daily allowance
