To much protein!!

On my food dairy i seem always to go into the red on protein,is it such a bad thing????x

    NO!! Its a very good thing. Protein keeps you full and is very good for your muscles and for weight loss.

    PS - edited to say if you make your diary public we can see what kind of protein you are eating and give you better answers

    The protein preset on here are is low - 15% or something.

    I've changed mine manually to 30% - I am aiming for 100g a day at the moment & get very upset if I don't make it!

    I almost always go over my protein, as soon as I eat meat! Becoming veggie is not an option for me, so I have decided to not let it worry me :)

    Just make sure you drink all the water or the protein by products can result in gout... but protein is great very satisfying, great for building and repairing esp muscle which burn the calories!!! enjoy
