Anyone help me improve my protein pancake recipe?

I had a look at protein pancake recipes online and a lot had things like flaxseed and stuff in them that I don't have so I tried to have a play around and come up with my own recipe. This is what I ended up with:

1 scoop (30g) of strawberry whey protein
3 egg whites
30g jumbo porridge oats
2tsp sweetener
10g wholemeal flour
1/4 cup of water

I had some sliced strawberries with them and they were really nice but they were a bit too dry, though the mix seemed the right consistency. Any suggestions of how to make them not quite so dry?

Ohhh I'm such an idiot!! Just realised that I forgot to put the egg whites in haha Serves me right for trying to multitask while I was doing them. That will hopefully fix the dryness but if anyone else has any ways to improve them nutritionally or that just tastes better, let me know anyway :)

It worked out for the two decent sized pancakes it was:

    Carbs: 29g
    Fat: 4g
    Protein: 39g

This is something I only learnt the other day. Makes them all floofy and yum!
