Anyone help me improve my protein pancake recipe?

I had a look at protein pancake recipes online and a lot had things like flaxseed and stuff in them that I don't have so I tried to have a play around and come up with my own recipe. This is what I ended up with:
1 scoop (30g) of strawberry whey protein
3 egg whites
30g jumbo porridge oats
2tsp sweetener
10g wholemeal flour
1/4 cup of water
I had some sliced strawberries with them and they were really nice but they were a bit too dry, though the mix seemed the right consistency. Any suggestions of how to make them not quite so dry?

Ohhh I'm such an idiot!! Just realised that I forgot to put the egg whites in haha Serves me right for trying to multitask while I was doing them. That will hopefully fix the dryness but if anyone else has any ways to improve them nutritionally or that just tastes better, let me know anyway
It worked out for the two decent sized pancakes it was:
Calories: 307
Carbs: 29g
Fat: 4g
Protein: 39g0 -
