I'm new to this...

So, I got this in August but have been pretty rubbish at filling it in! I need some friends and some motivation! Anybody out there? xxx

    I'm here! I tried this once before, my problem then was that I became a little obsessed with it... but it's GREAT for exercising/dieting, it really is.

    I feel like I "owe" it to my log to fill in everything I eat, even the embarrassing things.. and then it follows that I eat less of those!

    For once, I'd just like to be the person people describe as skinny.
  • Yea I have quite an addictive personality so I can see how it could be quite easy to become fixated on it :) I need to be a little bit more regimented... I used to weigh myself everyday and write it on a calendar it was an easy way to ensure I wasn't putting on weight... then I stopped and put on half a stone without realising it!

    I was always the fat girl at school and although I'm technically only a little overweight now (I lost 2 stone 6 years ago when I was 17/18) I still feel like the fat girl and have never been able to feel comfortable getting myself in a bikini or wearing hotpants...

    This year I really want to get my legs out before I get too old too haha! xx

    That's amazing - I also had a fairly big weight loss at 17-18! And even tho I'm technically not that big now, I still feel like that chubby kid on the inside. I always feel uncomfortable in bikinis, and don't even mention anything that shows a sliver of stomach. Just.. I've decided to do something about that.

    I just want to show everyone that I can.
