I've hit a brick wall !!

I've lost 13lb , however the last 2 months i haven't lost anymore weight... I'm sticking to my 1100 calories a day (and the days I burn extra in the gym I do eat them too)... where am I going wrong !! I'm starting to think of giving up sticking to the calories and not going the gym as I'm feeling fed up with it now...
