When logging food, does everyone log the calories from the way the food is prepared? For example, I used to fry my pork tenderloin, but now I bake it and spray a little Pam on a baking sheet instead; I logged a few seconds of Pam sprays. It's usually only a few calories, but I do it anyway. Or I ate catered food yesterday... It was clearly prepared with olive oil, but the options I had to choose from in MFP didn't say anything about how it was prepared. I entered olive oil separately. Am I insane for counting calories thisclosely?
