Favorite ways to eat 300 calories

So if you were going to make 300 calorie-ish meals, what are your favorite things to eat so you get the most food for the calories?
Fruit Dip
1 cup berries
1 cup grapes
1 hardboiled egg
1-2 pop corn cakes
= 320 calories
Fruit dip recipe: 1 jar marshmallow fluff. 1 block light cream cheese. 1 tsp. powdered ginger. Makes 18 servings. 72 calories per serving.

I love my 300 cal oatmeal in the morning - 1/3 cup large flake oatmeal, 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp coconut, about 6 almonds and a little bit of milk. Totally freaking delicious and fills me up!! I don't feel deprived at all. I look forward to it!0

This sounds good! I eat oatmeal every day and I will definitely try this tropical version.

1 slice lightly buttered toast (100) [read packages carefully - my bread is 70 cal per slice)
1 sliced orange (60)
grilled chicken breast (110)
2 cups steamed broccoli (108)
100 grams red grapes (69)
1/2 of a large (round) whole wheat with flax meal waffle (150) [we make big batches, then toast them for breakfast)
100 ml carton of Astro sugar free yogurt (35)
small banana (62)
2 slices SaveOn Bread for Life, toasted (140)
2 TB light peanut butter (160)
2 egg mushroom, broccoli and cheese omelette (weigh the cheese - use 1/2 oz) (200)

I also love oatmeal. I chop up an apple and add some almonds, and sometimes a little cinnamon. No sugar or butter needed!0 -

(4) Low sodium pieces of turkey bacon (100 calories), (2) eggs (140 calories), (1) medium orange (45 calories), and (1) (35 calorie) wheat bread which equal out to 320 calories with the one toast or 285 calories without the toast. This is extremely filling, and it keeps me going!0

Also make a sandwich with those 100 calorie sandwich rounds and 200 cal of your favorite sandwich. I use one slice of cheese, a little lunchmeat, lots of lettuce or spinach and a tomato.0

My homemade chocolate ganache: 2TB Coconut oil, 2TB Cocoa powder, scant 1TB almond milk and 8 drops stevia.
YUM. If I'm feeling indulgent I'll add a TB of peanut butter. So yummy.0 -
